Trusted by leading brands

You have data. You still don't know how the market actually sees you.
Tools measure activity
Your monitoring platform shows 4,568 mentions this month. Nobody has time to read them, and nobody knows what they mean for next quarter's strategy.
Research moves too slowly
You asked a research firm for a competitive landscape study. They quoted six months
and a budget that needs board approval before you can even start.
Agencies justify their strategy
Your agency produced a beautiful post-campaign report. It shows great numbers.
It also happens to be written by the people who ran the campaign.
We map how you are framed online and translate that into conclusions you can act on. You get the depth of a research firm, the speed of an internal team, and the independence of neither.
Narrative ownership
Understand which narratives you own and which belong to competitors.
Competitive positioning
See where you stand vs. competitors in public discourse.
Message penetration
Know which messages actually landed in the public conversation.
Emerging risks
Catch negative narratives before they reach mainstream coverage.
From billions of data points to 15 slides your board can act on.

Data Collection
Scale no internal team can match
Our AI models index billions of sources across media, social, blogs, and influencer ecosystems, in multiple languages and markets. Custom narrative clustering models are configured around the decision you need to make.
Interpretation
Human analysts interpret what the data means
Automated tools stop at metrics. Our analysts take the processed data and frame it against your question (a market entry, a campaign debrief, a reputational threat, yearly review). You receive conclusions with implications.

Output
Ready to use immediately
We deliver board-ready slides in multiple formats (Power BI, slides, HTML, dashboards, Looker, Excel). You don't need internal analysts to interpret the findings. You can take the report to your leadership immediately.
Speed
Delivered in 2-4 weeks,
not 6 months
Traditional research firms operate on long timelines. A scoped Looqme project runs in approximately four weeks, costs significantly less than equivalent research, and requires no long-term contract to start.

OBJECTIVITY
Independent by design
We have no campaign to justify or a strategy to defend. That independence is why leadership trusts what we deliver. And why it holds up under scrutiny from boards, donors, and procurement teams.
Every engagement with Looqme starts with a decision. Which one do you need to make?
Narrative Decision Intelligence
How is our category framed
and where do we fit?
Report →
Narrative Year-in-Review
Example insight
"The sustainability narrative in this category is already owned by Competitor X. Entry on product quality terms is uncontested but currently undervalued by local media."
ANNUAL/QUARTERLY LEADERSHIP REVIEW
What narratives defined us this year
and did our strategy move the needle?
Report →
Narrative Year-in-Review
Example insight
"Our brand gained 14 points of narrative share in the innovation theme in Q3, but ceded ground in affordability to Competitor X. This shift began in August and is still accelerating."
NEW LEADER/AGENCY ONBOARDING
What reality are we inheriting?
Report →
External Reality Audit
Example insight
"The brand's stated positioning around 'reliability' has no meaningful presence in public discourse. The dominant association in media over the past 12 months is 'legacy' with a negative tone trajectory."
CAMPAIGN EVALUATION
What stuck in the public narrative
and what didn't?
Report →
Campaign Impact Report
Example insight
"The campaign message was picked up by 12% of outlets. Competitor X entered the same narrative space two weeks in, adopting our language and redirecting attention toward their own product."
REPUTATION RISK
What narratives could turn into
a problem before we notice?
Report →
Reputation Risk Audit
Example insight
"Employer brand risk moved from Moderate to Elevated due
to a recurring burnout narrative in Tier-2 media and industry forums. It's not yet visible in mainstream coverage."
CHANNEL/INFLUENCER INTELLIGENCE
Which channels and influencers
shape opinions in our category?
Report →
Channel & Influencer Intelligence
Example insight
"62% of category-defining narratives in this sector originate in three Instagram accounts and two niche industry publications."
The outcomes leaders come back for.
Strategic clarity
Know how the market frames your category and competitors before you commit budget, positioning, or a go-to-market plan.
Defensible analysis
Independent analysis that your finance team, leadership board, or procurement can't dismiss as internal spin.
Early intervention
Catch negative narratives before they reach mainstream coverage and require crisis management.
Evidence it worked
Replace reach with narrative impact. After a campaign, a grant period, or a year of communications, know what changed.
We work with you to clarify what decision this needs to support so you receive the most relevant information needed to inform your strategy.
Step 1
You share the decision you're facing
The question leadership needs answered and when. We scope the project around that.
Step 2
We do the work
Data collection, narrative processing, analyst interpretation. The average project runs four weeks from brief to delivery.
Step 3
You receive 10–15 slides with conclusions
Each slide carries a finding and what it implies for your next move. Written to be presented to a board, or used to brief an agency.
Step 4
You walk into the boardroom with independent backing
The analysis is independent, the data is global in scale, the methodology is defensible.
We work with teams operating in high-visibility environments, where public perception influences strategy, funding, and market position.
For brands
When leadership asks a question that dashboards can't answer and the decision can't wait six months.
For NGOs & advocacy groups
When a donor requires evidence that the work changed the information environment.
For brands
When winning pitches, or when a client renewal requires proof that the work moved something beyond reach and impressions.

"Reliable source that can either confirm the results of our work for the year or challenge the results of our contractors. Because agencies sometimes inflate results to push a specific budget idea."

Head of Communications, Cemark (CRH Group)
"I can immediately see if there was something negative. Tracking negative mentions is very important — those are the ones we don't influence."

Head of Communications, Genesis
"We saw where we were, where we are, so we know where to move in our strategy."

Goodpolitics
Platforms give dashboards and raw metrics. Research firms give survey reports. Agencies give performance justification filtered through their own strategy. Looqme gives narrative conclusions tied to your specific decision.

What exactly are we buying — a tool or a service?
A service. You don't get a login, or a dashboard to manage. You commission a scoped analytical project, we do the work, and you receive a finished document with conclusions in your preferred format. Think of it as hiring an external analyst team for a specific question (without the hiring).
Can't our internal team do this?
Sometimes. But two things get in the way. First, scale — our AI models process billions of sources across languages and markets that no internal team can replicate manually. Second, independence — analysis produced internally is always open to the question "did you find what you wanted to find?" Ours isn't.
How long does a project take?
Depending on scope, between two and four weeks from brief to delivery. The External Perception Snapshot typically runs two weeks. Larger projects like the 90-Day External Reality Audit or a full Competitive Narrative Map run three to four weeks. We agree on the timeline before any commitment is made.
What data do you use? Is any of it private or restricted?
We analyze publicly available information only — media coverage, social platforms, blogs, forums, and influencer content. No private data. We don't scrape from restricted sources. Our output is legally clean and defensible in board, donor, and procurement contexts.
How much does it cost?
Projects are scoped individually based on the question, the time period, the number of markets, competitors, and the depth of analysis required. A scoped LOOQME project is significantly faster and less expensive than an equivalent traditional research study, and requires no long-term contract. Contact us to discuss scope and we'll give you a number.
What if our brief is vague or we don't know exactly what we need?
That's normal. Most briefs arrive incomplete. "We're entering a new market and need to understand it" or "leadership is asking questions we can't answer." Our first conversation is about understanding the decision you're facing. Scope follows from that.
What do we receive at the end?
10–15 slides built around conclusions and implications. Delivered in the format your team already uses — PowerPoint, Power BI, Looker, HTML dashboard, or Excel. Each slide carries a finding, what it means, and what it suggests for your next move.
Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Every engagement starts as a standalone project. If the decision moment repeats (quarterly reviews, ongoing risk monitoring, new market entries) we scope the next project from there. Clients who want continuous intelligence move to a retainer. Those who don't, don't.
We need results faster than 4 weeks. Can you do that?
We understand the urgency. These requests usually come when a decision can't wait. Rushing the analysis risks conclusions that don't hold up under scrutiny, which creates a bigger problem than the delay. What we can do is prioritize what matters most for the immediate decision and deliver an initial finding fast, with the full analysis following. Tell us your deadline and we'll tell you what's achievable.
